AMA Group announced on June 19 that they were in the process of divesting ACM Parts as part of a revised focus on their core business of collision repair. For ACM nothing changes, it remains business as usual, and we continue to supply our customers with their automotive parts needs and a choice of options to extend the life of a vehicle.
