  • What do I need to know about credit returns? Who can I call?

    If you no longer require or are not satisfied with a part, you can request a replacement or credit by either emailing or calling ACM Parts within 30 days of the order date.

     

    • You will need to provide the invoice number, reason for return & the condition of packaging.
    • For returns, please allow 1-3 business days depending on your location.
    • Refunds will be processed once the part has been returned in saleable condition.
  • How do I get in touch with Warranty?

    You can email our warranty team directly [email protected] with your queries and a team member will be in touch to discuss further.

  • What are the Terms & Conditions for a Reclaimed warranty?

    ACM Parts offers on all parts purchased a 6-month guarantee for private vehicle use and a 3-month guarantee for commercial use. Extended warranty options are available. More details can be found in the “our warranty” section on the ACM Parts website.

  • Standard Trading Terms

    We have three options available.

    • Pay direct to the sales team at time of placement of a confirmed order,
    • Through your Capricorn membership,
    • 30-day trading accounts

    Preliminary information and credit checks may be required.
